The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices ended the trading session on Tuesday in positive territory, with the Sensex up 0.23 per cent at 65,780 and the Nifty up 0.24 at 19,575.

On Thursday, at 03:30 pm, indices ended the trading session in red with the BSE Sensex Index down 0.47 per cent at 65,688.18 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index down 0.46 per cent at 19,543.10. About 1,680 shares have advanced, 1,917 declined and 144 are unchanged on BSE.
