As per NSE circular dated September 30, a total of 37 stocks will see changes in their F&O lot sizes due to the relevant price movements.  

At market close on Thursday, the markets plunged, owing to weak market cues, globally. Sensex settled at 58,766.59, dropping 770.48 points or 1.29 per cent while Nifty 50 closed at 17,542.80, down by 216.50 points or 1.22 per cent.

On Monday, making a gap down opening and recovering in the afternoon session, the benchmark indices were not able to sustain the gains due to global cues. Sensex ended 93.91 points or 0.17 per cent lower at 55,675.32, and the Nifty shed 18.50 points or 0.11 per cent at 16,565.80. Tata Steel, IndusInd Bank and Mahindra & Mahindra were the Top Gainers while Shree Cements, Asian Paints and BPCL were the top losers.

The benchmark indices ended higher for the second consecutive day on the back of positive global cues. A lowering of FII selling made the domestic market comfortable in squeezing volatility. RBI’s upcoming policy meeting will be the key driver in the market, where they are expected to announce an additional policy rate hike of 25-35 bps.

Heavy sell-off in the global markets, rising energy crisis, and subdued Chinese economic outlook led to a dip in the domestic markets. The benchmark indices ended the trading session lower. 

On Tuesday, equity benchmark indices broke the three-day losing streak and ended in green in the highly volatile session before the RBI policy outcome scheduled later in the current week.

The core benchmark indices erased the day's gains and entered the red territory towards the end of the trading session as investors preferred to lighten positions ahead of the weekend and the upcoming Union Budget.
