On BSE the stock touched the upper circuit at Rs 13.76 AND saw a spurt in volume by more than 1.37 times. 

The Indian equity benchmarks i.e. BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty50 started Tuesday's session in the red, tracking weakness across global peers as the prospect of aggressive hikes in interest rates made investors nervous. 

BSE Sensex tumbled more than 11 per cent on a YTD basis. While the large-caps have slipped, we find that several small-caps, micro-caps, and penny stocks have outperformed the markets in 2022. It seems that 2022 belongs to the broader markets. Usually, small-caps tend to correct more than the large-caps; however, the small-caps are seen correcting in line with the key benchmark index.
