On Tuesday, shares of Alkosign Limited hit a 5 per cent upper circuit to Rs 102.90 per share from its previous closing of Rs 98 per share. The stock is up by 49.3 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 69 per share. The shares of the company saw a spurt in volume by more than 2 times on the BSE.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Alkosign Limited is scheduled for May 30, 2025. The key agenda items for this meeting include considering and approving the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, the board will discuss and potentially recommend a Final dividend for FY 2024-25 and address the issuance of bonus Equity Shares for the company. Any other matters may also be addressed with the chairman's permission.
