Pune based Real Estate Company Share Price Jumps Over 9 Per Cent After Reporting 252 Per Cent Surge in FY25 EBITDA

Shares of Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd, a prominent real estate player with a strong presence in Pune and growing operations in Mumbai and Bengaluru, jumped over 9 per cent in early trade following the announcement of robust financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. At 9:40 am IST, the stock was trading at Rs 409.15, up by 5.13 per cent. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the stock has gained 15.06 per cent, signalling strong investor interest.

For FY25, the company recorded its highest-ever annual total income of Rs 1,763.7 crore, reflecting a 26.5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase from Rs 1,394.8 crore in FY24. Collections stood at Rs 2,432 crore, marking an 18 per cent YoY growth. A key highlight was the company's EBITDA, which surged by 252 per cent YoY to Rs 227.4 crore from Rs 64.6 crore in FY24. This resulted in a sharp rise in EBITDA margin to 12.9 per cent, compared to 4.6 per cent in the previous fiscal.
Net profit (post-minority interest) turned positive at Rs 106.6 crore in FY25, compared to a loss of Rs 69.4 crore in FY24, with a PAT margin of 6 per cent. For the Q4 FY25 period alone, the company reported a total income of Rs 723.2 crore, up 37 per cent from Rs 527.7 crore in Q4 FY24. EBITDA for the quarter rose to Rs 111.9 crore, reversing from a negative Rs 8.7 crore a year earlier. Net profit (post-MI) for Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 65.3 crore, up from a loss of Rs 27.1 crore in Q4 FY24.
Operationally, Kolte-Patil recorded a sales volume of 3.60 million square feet in FY25. While the sales value remained steady at Rs 2,791 crore, slightly lower than Rs 2,822 crore in FY24, realisation per square foot improved by 8 per cent to Rs 7,758. The company launched projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 4,000 crore during the year and acquired a 22-acre joint development project in Pune with a similar GDV estimate, further strengthening its development pipeline.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Atul Bohra, Group CEO, said that FY25 marked a year of strategic achievements across operational and financial metrics. He highlighted the company's operating cash flows of Rs 880 crore, improved pricing strategies, and proactive customer engagement as contributors to the turnaround.
Kolte-Patil operates in both residential and commercial real estate sectors, targeting the mid-income segment through its ‘Kolte-Patil’ brand and the premium segment under the ‘24K’ brand. With its strong performance and strategic land acquisitions, the company is well-positioned for potential future growth. Investors and analysts will be watching closely to see if the stock continues its momentum and possibly enters multibagger territory, given the strong fundamentals and market sentiment.
