Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on March 22

The broader markets were in green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 0.38 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 1.06 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading positive on Friday with the Sensex up 0.26 per cent at 72,832, and the Nifty-50 up 0.39 per cent at 22,097. About 2,430 shares have advanced, 1,375 have declined and 101 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 74,245.17 on March 07, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 made a new 52-week high of 22,525.20 on March 07, 2024.

The broader markets were in green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.38 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 1.06 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd, Solar Industries India Ltd and Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are eMudhra Ltd, Allcargo Logistics Ltd and Skipper Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with BSE Telecommunication Index and BSE Auto Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Information Technology Goods Index and BSE Teck Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 382 lakh crore or USD 4.59 trillion as of March 22, 2024. On the same day, 110 stocks hit a 52-week high while 50 stocks touched a 52-week low.
