Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on March 26

The broader markets were in mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 0.71 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index down 0.11 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading negative on Tuesday with the Sensex down 0.50 per cent at 72,470, and the Nifty-50 down 0.42 per cent at 22,005. About 1,422 shares have advanced, 2,538 have declined and 130 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 74,245.17 on March 07, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 made a new 52-week high of 22,525.20 on March 07, 2024.

The broader markets were in mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.71 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.11 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Torrent Power Ltd, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd and Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Time Technoplast Ltd, Permanent Magnets Ltd and Lancer Container Lines Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with BSE Services Index and BSE Realty Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Teck Index and BSE Bankex Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 382 lakh crore or USD 4.59 trillion as of March 26, 2024. On the same day, 145 stocks hit a 52-week high while 102 stocks touched a 52-week low.
