Mishtann Foods Ltd, Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd, and Datamatics Global Services Ltd were among the top gainers on the BSE Smallcap index!

The Indian benchmark indices finished the session significantly higher. The BSE Sensex gained 0.31 per cent to 66,795 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index rose 0.19 per cent to a level of 19,749.  

Watch out for these stocks in Wednesday’s trading session -

Polycab India Ltd - The business claimed that significant volume growth in the wires and cables industry helped its revenue grow 42 per cent year-on-year to Rs 3,889 crore. Additionally, it stated that the profit after tax (PAT) climbed by 81 per cent to Rs 403 crore, marking the greatest first quarter profits in the company's history. Shares soared more than 5 per cent today, setting a new 52-week high on the BSE.

Amara Raja Batteries Ltd - After 14 per cent of the company’s equity changed hands in a block deal, shares of the company were subject to intense selling pressure and tumbled more than 6 per cent. Shares are currently trading at Rs 642 with a 52-week high of Rs 708 per share on the BSE.

Rama Steel Tubes Ltd - The business declared it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with JSW Steel Group. The MoU will make it easier for the company to procure 1,00,000 tons of hot rolled coils on a pan-India basis from JSW Steel to support its production of various steel tubes and pipes.
