These Group A stocks beat the broader market in todays session!

L&T Finance Holdings, Future Consumer and Suven Pharmaceuticals were among the top gainers in Group A today!

After a positive start, the benchmark indices succumbed to weakness with Sensex closing at 57684.82 down 304.48 or 0.53 per cent while Nifty 50 closed at 17245.65 down 70 per cent or 0.40 per cent.   

   In the broader market, metal and power continued to rally while bankex and finance were the top losing sector. BSE Midcap closed higher at23793.70 and while Smallcap was down at 27847.11. 

L&T Finance Holdings, Future Consumer and Suven Pharmaceuticals witnessed positive action in today’s session.   

L&T Finance Holdings zoomed 20 per cent in today’s session to emerge as the biggest gainer in ‘A‘ Group. The shares of the NBFC providing a diverse range of financial products and services in rural, housing and infrastructure finance sectors and investment management services have been rallying for a few sessions logging a weekly gain of 16.4 per cent. It touched the day’s high at Rs 90.30 and day’s low at Rs 75.30 and closed at Rs 88.65. 

Future Consumer climbed 14.42 per cent in today’s session. The stock has logged its 52-week low in yesterday’s trading session at Rs 4.95 registering a day’s loss of 12.01 per cent. The stock has shown recovery from its bottom levels tested yesterday. The stock logged its day’s high and low at Rs 6.06 and Rs 5, respectively and finally closed at Rs 5.87 

Suven Pharmaceuticals soared 10.55 per cent in today’s session. The stock logged an intraday high and low of Rs 597 and Rs 539.90, respectively and closed at Rs 589.10. It also logged its fresh 52-week high at today’s intra- day high. It is a bio-pharmaceutical company engaged in the business of development and manufacturing of new chemical entity (NCE) based intermediates, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), formulations and pharmaceutical solutions.
