Meanwhile, Symphony Ltd, Orient Electric Ltd, and Akzo Nobel India Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Symphony Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 10.69 per cent to trade at Rs 1,320.90 apiece. Symphony Ltd’s Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 8 per share (FV Rs 2) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval, taking the total payout to Rs 178.4 crore—84 per cent of consolidated PAT. The company crossed Rs 1,500 crore in revenue, reaching Rs 1,576 crore (up 36 per cent), with record-high March quarter revenue (up 47 per cent), along with the highest-ever annual and quarterly EBITDA and PAT.
Orient Electric Ltd, an S&P BSE company, jumped 8.15 per cent to trade at Rs 254.85 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
