Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 198.52 points or 0.24 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.42 per cent, power zoomed by 0.41 and auto soared by 0.44 per cent.

Meanwhile, Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd, ITD Cementation India Ltd and Eureka Forbes Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 9.90 per cent to trade at Rs 36.30 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
ITD Cementation India Ltd, an S&P BSE company, jumped 5.24 per cent to trade at Rs 800.00 apiece. The company has secured contract worth ~Rs 893 crore including GST for construction of Berth & Breakwater for the development of Greenfield Captive Jetty(s) in Odisha.
Eureka Forbes Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 4.81 per cent to trade at Rs 637.90 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
