Veranda Learning Solutions Limited was incorporated in November 2018. The company is engaged in the business of offering diversified and integrated learning solutions in online, offline hybrid and offline structured formats to students, aspirants, graduates, professionals and corporate employees. They are also planning an outlay of around $100 million for acquisitions over the next 6 months.

The company is coming up with a fresh issue of equity shares up to Rs 200 crores. The Price Band per share has been finalized at Rs 130 to Rs 137 for a face value of Rs 10 each. The bids can be made for a minimum of 100 Equity Shares and thereafter in multiples of 100 Equity Shares. The issue open on 29th March and closed on 31st March 2022. It will be listed on the both BSE and NSE exchange. Up to 75 per cent of the total offer is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15 per cent for non-institutional buyers, and the remaining 10 per cent for retail investors.

Veranda offers wide-ranging long term and short term foundation courses in a simple and coherent manner for Students preparing for UPSC Exams, State Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Commission, Banking, Insurance, Railways and Chartered Accountancy.

Veranda provides integrated 360 degree training to the students by providing them with comprehensive courses prepared by their content team, which prepares the students for competitive exams. They have engaged experienced and qualified Mentors to provide guidance and support to each of their students and track their progress on a regular basis.
