BSE Realty, BSE Utilities, BSE Power, and BSE Consumer Durables are the top gaining sector today. The Telecom and IT sector were top losers among the sectors.
The BSE Sensex is at 61,177.73 levels down by 131 points. BSE Midcap is trading at 26,022.92, down by 121 points. The gaining stocks today in the index are Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company (3.4 per cent), ABB India (2.15 per cent), Hindustan Aeronautics (2.07 per cent).
Similarly, the BSE Smallcap has declined by 50 points at 31,089.40 levels. The gainers on this index are Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers (14 per cent), Infibeam Avenues (12.3 per cent), Precision Wires India (12 per cent), Dhanvarsha Finvest (10.7 per cent), Kellton Tech Solutions (9.6 per cent).
