Launch of Digital DESH e-portal for skilling, upskilling, and reskilling of youth

The Finance Minister has expressed that children have lost their two years due to the pandemic; so, in order to increase the skilling of the youth, skilling programmes will be reoriented. For skilling, upskilling, and reskilling of our youth, Digital DESH e-portal will be launched.  

She further emphasised increasing the supplementary education for every type of children by ‘One Class One TV Channel’, which will be increased from 12 to 200 TV channels in regional languages for classes 1-12.  

The digital university will also be developed to provide access to students for world-class quality education with ISTE Standards.
