As most sectoral indices closed in red S&P BSE Telecom showed strength, gaining 2.2 per cent in today’s session and closed at 1,758.45. 

  Tata Teleservices and Tata Communications witnessed positive action in today’s session.

In August 2022, BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices picked up steam and regained their lost mojo by soaring 4.15 per cent and 4.50 per cent, respectively.
