The major equity benchmarks are significantly up during the early trade on the back of optimistic global indications. 

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 398.56 points or 0.67 per cent. 

The domestic markets have opened in the green, shooting up decently with Sensex gaining 500 points and trading at 59,741.16 level. Meanwhile, Nifty zoomed 191 points and was spotted at the 17,813.85 level.

Yesterday, Sensex closed at 59,141.23, up by 0.51 per cent.
