Interestingly, the volatility index i.e. India VIX has plunged a whopping 9.5 per cent and it is seen trading below the 16 mark.  Barring Nifty Auto, all other indices were trading in the green, with Nifty Realty leading from the front.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd announced today that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries has entered into a licence agreement with Ferring Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, a subsidiary of Switzerland-based biopharmaceuticals MNC Ferring Pharmaceuticals, to commercialise a room temperature stable (RTS) formulation of the obstetric drug, CARITEC (Carbetocin RTS) in India.  

The shares of Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd (RMTL) were trading in the green on Wednesday after the company announced that it has secured an order for carbon steel pipes worth Rs 81.79 crore.   

Tata Power Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Tata Power Solar has received a letter of award (LoA) to build 210 MWp of solar PV projects for NTPC. The total order value of the projects is Rs 686 crore while its commissioning date has been set for November 2022.
