The market opened in green on November 20, 2020, overall volumes in futures & options currently stand at 8,18,05,733 contracts with a turnover of Rs. 65,66,247.21 crore.

During Friday’s trading session, the stock of Bajaj Finserv jumped more than 9 per cent and made an intraday high of Rs 8550 per share. Shares of Bajaj Finserv have gained more than 55 per cent in the last twenty days.

RBI will buy three government securities of different maturity dates totalling to Rs 10,000 crore. Also, RBI will sell two securities totalling to the same amount using the multiple price auction method on November 26, 2020.

Watch out for the 12,700 - 12,740 levels in the near term as sustaining above or below these levels could dictate the trend of the market in the near term.

Markets, as expected, are in consolidation mode. After a fall in Thursday's session markets are expected to open with minor gains on Friday. SGX Nifty is up by nearly 20 points indicating a positive start. 

Shares of Titan Company were trading closer to its 52-week high on Thursday after the company announced that it saw good performances across all its businesses in the festive season.

On Thursday, domestic benchmark indices tumbled. Sensex fell by 580.09 points or 1.31 per cent to settle at 43599.96 levels. Nifty declined by 166.55 points or 1.29 per cent to close at 12771.70 levels.

Shares of budget airline, SpiceJet were up by almost 13 per cent on Thursday after the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) cleared the Boeing 737 Max for flight after two-years of grounding.

While Sensex witnessed a deep correction on Thursday, the BSE MidCap index fell by 0.22 per cent. BSE SmallCap index rose by 0.18 per cent outperforming domestic benchmark indices as well as BSE MidCap index.
