Arvind Fashions Limited announced on Thursday that Flipkart Group has invested Rs 260 crore in the company to purchase a significant minority stake in its recently formed subsidiary-Arvind Youth Brands, which will own ‘Flying Machine’ brand.

Hexaware Technologies Ltd, on Thursday, announced the launch of COCO, the Unified Teams bot built for Microsoft Teams on Microsoft AppSource, an online cloud marketplace providing tailored line-of-business solutions.

The company will be delivering a split of its transformers between 6,531 kilo- volt-ampere (kVA) for CLW’s goods locomotive engines (needing heavy lifting capabilities) and 7,775 kVA for passenger segment.

Markets on Thursday regained Wednesday's losses with domestic benchmark indices closing higher than their previous close. Sensex gained by 408.68 points or 1.12 per cent to settle at 36,737.69 while Nifty increased by 107.70 points or 1.01 per cent to settle at 10,813.45.

In the early trading session on Thursday, the stock of Strides Pharma Science was trading in green after the company made an announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Strides Pharma Global Private Limited was granted regulatory approval by United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate capsules of 50 mg/325 mg/40 mg/30 mg.

The market opened in the green on July 9, 2020, overall volumes in futures & options currently stand at 3,27,73,159 crore contracts with a turnover of Rs. 19,45,370.49 crore.
