Reliance Infrastructure (RELINFRA) announced that it had won an arbitration award of 350 crore, including interest against the government of Goa. The dispute had been taken to arbitration when the Goa state utility delayed payments to Reliance Infrastructure for the power supplied to it from its 48 MW-Goa power plant in Sancoale.

The shares of the Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) surged as much as 6.48 per cent on Friday after the public sector bank announced that the Government of India had sanctioned a capital infusion of 4,360 crore in the bank.
