The markets on September 25, 2019 opened gap up. BSE Sensex is trading at 38,640.68, down by 456.46 points and the Nifty is trading at 11,457.85, down by 130.35 points.

Speciality Restaurants informed the exchanges on Wednesday that it has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company, namely Speciality Hospitality US. Following the development, shares of the company gained over 4 per cent intraday in the first half of Wednesday’s session.
