The company's board of directors approved a share buyback worth Rs 75 crore, at a price not exceeding Rs 1,150 per share. Tata Motors surged 9.4 per cent. In Q4FY22, the firm reported a combined net loss of Rs 1,032.84 crore, compared to Rs 7,605.40 crore in Q4 FY21.
