DSIJ follows a defined methodology for calculating performance across its services, including entry price, exit price and tracking methodology.

Subscribers can view past recommendations and performance details through the Past Performance / Call Tracker section available on the respective service pages. The tracker displays the status of recommended stocks, including open and closed recommendations.

Performance should be evaluated over a reasonable period, as short-term market conditions can impact results. Brokerage, taxes and execution-related factors may vary depending on the service methodology and market conditions.

DSIJ believes in transparency and encourages investors to review past performance records before evaluating any service.

You can always contact us on the customer care numbers mentioned on the website or by simply dropping a mail on service@dsij.in

Stock markets involve risks and uncertainties. Research-based recommendations can help investors make informed decisions, but returns cannot be guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Investing in the stock market inherently involves some level of risk. However, this risk can be minimised by focusing on a diversified basket of large-cap, low-volatility stocks. It’s important to note that lower risk generally comes with lower upside potential. If you're highly risk-averse, you may consider investing in mutual funds or explore our Large Rhino or Model Portfolio services, which are designed with a more conservative investment approach.

The returns are subject to market risk however based on the strategy and past performance you can check the expected returns on each service in the comparison chart. These are indicative returns and not a guarantee.

Yes, we do provide a trial for almost all our trader services. Nonetheless, you should not judge the service based on the short trial. Trials are primarily given to understand the working of our services.

Again, we do not recommend you judge any service based on the short trial period. Trials are to just give you a feel and to make you understand the working of our services.

We have a dedicated customer team who will help you with your queries. Do call on the customer care or drop us a mail on service@dsij.in
