Capital First surges; Sensex plunges

Capital First formerly known as Future Capital Holding Ltd., as at 10.03 am has gained as much as 0.61 per cent and is trading at Rs 573.80. The BSE 500 stock is trading in green when the Sensex is down by 207 points. The stock in the past 6 months has gained over 43 per cent. The stock's 52-week High/ Low stand at Rs 583.75/320.95.

On June 14, the company has raised Rs 12 crore by issuing rated listed secured non-convertible perpetual securities in the nature of debentures (NCDs), having face value of Rs 10 lakh each. The debenture committee constituted by the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 13, 2016 has approved for the same. The company in the last two days ranging from June 14 to 16 has gained as much as 3 per cent.

On a yearly basis, company has posted a good result. For March 2016, the operating income has increased 31 per cent as compared to March 2015. Net profits have increased by 40 per cent over the previous financial year. On a CAGR basis, the top line over the period of 3 years has grown by 32 per cent.
