On the login page, you will notice a 'Forgot Password' link. Do click on this reset link. It may ask you for your registered email address. Once you submit, your login information will be emailed to this registered e-mail id.

You need to login at our website with your existing password. After that go to 'My Account' page. On scrolling down, you will see the 'change password' option on the right side. Click that and set your new password.

Your subscription number is the password that you need to enter to open secured PDF documents.

Login to DSIJ website with your credentials and go to the 'My Account' Page. On the left side, below the welcome message, you will see your subscription number.

Yes. You are allowed to change your mobile number or email after initial 30 days of activation of service, but you need to contact us to have your information updated. You can mail us on Note: Since emails are unique, if the new email address is already existing in the database then the same cannot be changed to.

All the products can be accessed on the website as well as DSIJ mobile Apps.

Although it is rare but still can happen due to technical reasons or some unspecified reason at service provider's end. To ensure you do not miss out on the opportunity we also push the message via the DSIJ mobile APP and on the website on the DSIJ Live page for the trader products.

Please check spam folder and junk folder of your mail Id. In fact, here is what you can do to sort out this issue, check your spam mail settings and add us on to your Whitelist to ensure that our mailers reach you every time. Need to add to your safe domain list. Also, ensure you have not unsubscribed from DSIJ mails as this would also deprive you form receiving the mails.

To ensure the correct username and password are being entered, copy and paste the username and password from the mail you received after registration. In case you still face a problem then do get in touch with our customer care.

To check your subscription period, do login to our website and go to the manage subscription link in the 'My Account' page. Here, you will be able to see the list of your subscriptions and their tenure.

We advise you to choose your service carefully before subscribing. As per the policy we do not change services once subscribed.
