Dynamic Cables Ltd informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, inter alia to transact the following business: -
- To consider and approve the increase in authorised share capital and consequent alteration of Capital Clause (Clause V) of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company, subject to approval of shareholders.
- To consider and approve the proposal of issuance of bonus equity shares to the shareholders of the Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules and regulations framed thereunder) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required including approval of shareholders in this regard.

For the fiscal year 2025, the company achieved a Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) of 26.4 per cent and a Return on Equity (ROE) of 22.1 per cent. Notably, the company significantly reduced its net debt to Rs 52.3 crore in FY25 from Rs 149.80 crore in the previous fiscal year. The company has a market cap of over Rs 2,000 crore with a 5-year stock price CAGR of 80 per cent.
