Godrej Properties spurs; to develop luxury project in Bandra

Godrej Properties has entered into a joint venture (JV) with a renowned developer to build a 4.25 acres sea-facing property in the prime suburban micro-market of Bandra West, Mumbai. The shares of the company rose 2 per cent in the morning session on Thursday.

The project will offer approximately 1 lakh sqft of saleable area and will be developed as a luxury residential project at the doorstep of the Bandra - Worli Sea link. This project will offer smooth connectivity to all parts of the city including the domestic and international airports, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Worli.

Godrej Properties is a realty firm of Godrej group. Their business focuses on residential, commercial and township developments.

On Thursday, the shares of Godrej Properties opened at Rs. 898 against Wednesday’s close of Rs. 891.60. At 11:13 hours, the shares were trading at Rs. 914.00, up by 2.53 per cent on BSE. It reached an intraday high of Rs. 921 and an intraday low of Rs. 895 per share on the BSE. The 52-week high stood at Rs. 937 and 52-week low was at Rs. 460 per share.
