Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on March 29

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on March 29 are Tata Motors, Cox & Kings, Lupin, Adani Enterprises and Bharat Financial Inclusion. 

Tata Motors: The company has announced that S&P Global Ratings, the credit rating of the Company and Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Plc, wholly-owned subsidiary has been downgraded.

 

Cox & Kings: The company’s owned Meininger Hotels will be building a new hotel with 126 rooms or 378 beds at the main station next to the new FBT. The hotel is scheduled to open in spring 2022.

 

Lupin: The pharma major has launched Fluocinonide Ointment USP 0.05. The shares would be in focus on Friday.

 

Adani Enterprises: Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has incorporated a company namely Adani Rave Gears India Limited. The shares may witness some movement.

 

Bharat Financial Inclusion: The company has intimated the bourses on completing 10th Direct Assignment transaction of Rs. 837.40 crore in FY 19. The shares could be in focus.
