Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The top mid-cap gainers were Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd and Glaxosmithkline Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Wednesday with the Sensex up 0.32 per cent at 80,998 and the Nifty-50 up 0.32 per cent at 24,620. About 2,076 shares have advanced, 1,931 shares have declined and 148 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.76 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.58 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd and Glaxosmithkline Pharmaceuticals Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Ircon International Ltd, Railtel Corporation of India Ltd and Reliance Infrastructure Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices traded mixed with the BSE Telecommunication Index and BSE Utilities Index were the Top Gainers while the BSE Realty Index and BSE Bankex Index were the Top Losers.

As of June 04, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 445 lakh crore or USD 5.18 trillion. On the same day, 112 stocks hit a 52-week high while 47 stocks touched a 52-week low.
