Nifty has rallied nearly 95 per cent from the lows of March. With this, the index is currently trading up by 29 per cent from the long-term moving average i.e. 200-DMA, and nearly 8 per cent up from the 50-DMA. This indicates that the price is trading too far away from its mean.

The derivatives data is also suggesting a long build-up in the stock. On Wednesday, January series stock future saw 18,90,000 addition of open interest, which is 15.63 per cent addition in the open interest. It indicates that there is a long build-up in the market.
