Designation: Senior Manager -Content
Role - Content Champion/Content Head (Stock Market Education Program)

Location: Pune, Maharastra

Company: DSIJ Ltd. Dalal Street Investment Journal, the flagship magazine of the company is the most trusted and the largest circulated investment magazine in India that has been guiding the investors for the past 24 years.

Proposed initiative: DSIJ is launching a new education initiative in stock market. The initiative is to provide the best practical learning solutions to common man all about equity research, derivatives, and mutual funds etc. in the simplest practical format via both online and offline platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic instructional direction and creating instructional design for stock market education program
Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content, based on feedback to improve the overall efficiency of the course delivery.
Lead the planning and implementation of course content and design for organizations’ Stock Market Education Program and course delivery management methodology.
Structuring, editing & developing content for Individual Learning Modules and work with different types of input material to create instructional content
Responsible to ensure content is appropriate, update and correct
His/her desk will be responsible to produce all course material such as: Study Books, Practical examples, Assignments, Case Studies etc.
Responsible for devising the session/course manual for faculty members and setting the assessment/certification guidelines for the course.

Desired Profile:
Preference will be for people possessing strong domain knowledge in capital market (equity & other asset classes). Having familiarity with eLearning industry standards, eLearning course development process.

Experience : 5- 10 Years
Education : PG with finance Specialization
Salary : As per industry standards
