Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd.’s consolidated Q2FY17 results have beaten Bloomberg estimate. The company's revenue was 25.5% higher than the estimates Rs 180 crore and its reported net profit was 6.5% higher than the estimated figure of Rs 19 crore.

Its revenue for the quarter increased 24.9% YoY to Rs 226 crore, which was led by 24% YoY strong volume growth. Its EBITDA increased 20.5% YoY to Rs 57 crore, while EBITDA margins contracted 93 bps YoY to 25.2%. The net profit jumped by 61.5% yoy to Rs 20.23 cr.
