Hero MotoCorp: Q1FY18 Result
Hero Motocorp reported its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 today.
The company's total sales for Q1FY18 came in at Rs 8612.91 crore, which represents a 15.02 per cent sequential increase and 7.52 per cent YoY increase.
Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 1162.96 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 13.5 per cent.
The company reported PAT of Rs 914.04 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 27.35 per cent and a YoY increase of 3.5 per cent.
The stock today opened at Rs 3715 on the BSE and recorded intra-day high and low of Rs 3747 and Rs 3699.90, respectively.
Hero MotoCorp manufactures and sells motorized two-wheelers, spare parts, and components in India. It also exports its products to countries in the rest of Asia, Africa, Middle East and the Americas.
