Capri Global Capital Ltd raises Rs 200 crore via NCDs
Financial services company, Capri Global Capital Limited, informed that it has recently raised Rs 200 crore via non-convertible debentures.
The company announced in an exchange filing on Friday after the market hours that it has raised Rs 200 crore by an allotment of 2,000 rated, listed, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,000,000 each on private placement basis.
Adding to this, the company said that the NCDs would be listed on wholesale debt market segment of BSE Limited.
Capri Global Capital Limited (CGCL) is known for its range of financial services, including home and entrepreneurship loans for those who have limited access to financial options. For this purpose, the company has also aligned with Indian Government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Besides, in order to make the country financially empowered, the company has collaborated with Capri Investment Group in Chicago.
At the time of market closing on Friday, the stock of Capri Global Capital Ltd was trading at Rs 149.00, down by 0.30 per cent against its previous close of Rs 149.45. Its 52-week high is Rs 230.00 while, its 52-week low is Rs 115.00 on BSE.
