Godrej Properties achieves sales of Rs 475 crore in a single day through Godrej Woods project
Godrej Properties Limited has informed the bourses that it has achieved sales of Rs 475 crore in a single day by selling 275 residences at the launch of its project, Godrej Woods in Noida (Uttar Pradesh).
The project, Godrej Woods, offers homes set amidst a lush green development with over 600 trees. It offers several lifestyle amenities such as infinity-edge pools, a café, a forest trail, and an elevated walkway.
It is situated in Sector 43, Noida which has excellent connectivity due to its proximity to Dadri Main Road in Central Noida in addition to the access to high-quality social infrastructure.
Godrej Properties entered the National Capital Region (NCR) market in 2010 and has so far, added 17 projects across five cities. It has already delivered six projects till now.
For the period 9MFY21, the company has launched four new projects. The sales booking during the aforementioned period stood at Rs 4,093 crore, delivering growth of 16 per cent YoY.
Godrej Properties is a part of Godrej Group, which comprises a varied business portfolio including real estate development, fast-moving consumer goods, advanced engineering, home appliances, furniture, security, and Agri-care.
During the early morning session on Friday, the stock of Godrej Properties was trading 4.6 per cent higher at Rs 1,393.65 from its previous close of Rs 1,331.80 on BSE.
