SBL Infratech Limited: Three Hundred and Forty Eight Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform

SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012. 

SBL Infratech Limited became the 348th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on September 28,2021SBL Infratech Limited  came out with an initial public offering of 2,13,600 Equity Shares of Rs.10 Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash at a Price of Rs.111 Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs.2.37 Crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on September 20, 2021. 

SBL Infratech Limited is New Delhi based company. The company engaged in the business of real estate brokerage, selling plots of land and in developing and selling affordable housing. 

Delhi based Fast Track Finsec Private Limited, was the lead manager to SBL Infratech Limited.

So far, 114 companies have migrated to the main board. The 347 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.3,700.89 crore from the market and total market capitalization of 347 companies as on September 27, 2021 is Rs. 36,696.11 Crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 61 percent. 

The response since the launch of this platform by BSE has been very positive till date.
