Genesys International Corporation PAT almost doubles in Q3FY18
Genesys International Corporation reported its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 on Wednesday after market hours.
The company's consolidated revenue for the quarter came in at Rs 30.33 crore, registering an increase of 48.9 per cent YoY.
Its EBITDA for the quarter rose by 16.9 per cent YoY to Rs 9.01 crore with a corresponding margin contraction of 814 bps. The EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 29.7 per cent. This margin contraction was due to jump in employee benefit expenses and project expenses by 86.9 per cent YoY and 64.3 per cent YoY, respectively.
The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 8.48 crore, an increase of 97.9 per cent YoY.
Genesys International Corporation is engaged in computer programming, consultancy and related activities. It offers Geographical Information System (GIS)-based services, comprising of photogrammetry, remote sensing, cartography, data conversion, terrestrial and three dimensional (3D) geo-content, including location and other computer-based related services.
Today, the stock opened at Rs 300 and touched an intra-day low of Rs 292.55, on the BSE.
