Nila Infrastructures shines on order winning

Nila Infrastructuress has bagged contract from Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) to develop and operate state-of-the-art Bus Terminal Facility (BTF). The company has got two contracts under public private partnership schemes. It is going to develop Amreli bus terminal.

Nila Infrastructuress along with Vyapti Infra joint venture (JV) to develop Modasa Bus terminal in which the company has 34 percent stake in the JV.

The SPV of Nila Infrastructures will maintain certain basic BTF facility for 30 years, while the core operating and depot facility will be maintained by GSRTC. The company will get the right to develop, design, finance, construct, operate and maintain the CF to be leased up to period of 90 years.

On financial front, Nila Infrastructures' revenue increased 17.72 per cent to Rs 51 crore in Q3FY17 as compared to the same period in the previous financial year. The company’s operating profit too rose 22.08 per cent to Rs 9.62 crore in Q3FY17 on yearly basis. Its net profit also boosted 24.67 per cent to Rs 5.61 crore in Q3FY17 as compared to same period in previous fiscal year.

The share price of Nila Infrastructures increased 6.77 per cent in an early trade and is trading at Rs 17.1 in an intraday basis.
