Dilip Buildcon earns early completion bonus

Dilip Buildcon has received the provisional completion certificate as declaration of commercial operation date (COD), prior to the scheduled completion date for the two projects (development of Patan-Tendukheda-Rehli Road section of the state highway no 15 in Madhya Pradesh and upgradation of Jabalpur-Mandla-Chipli section NH-12A in Madhya Pradesh), respectively. Consequently, the company is entitled to a cumulative maximum bonus amount of Rs 42.18 crore on account of earlier completion of the said projects.

Furthermore, on April 3, 2017, the company received the provisional completion certificate as declaration of Commercial Operation Date (COD), 100 days prior to the scheduled completion date for the projects of rehabilitation and upgradation of existing road to two lanes with paved shoulder as cement concrete pavement configuration Katni-Shahdol-Anuppur to MP/Chhattisgarh Border (NH-78).

Hence, the company is entitled to maximum bonus of Rs 10.20 crore on account of obtaining provisional completion certificate/commercial prior to scheduled completion date.

The company has earned early completion bonus of Rs 220.6 crore as of June 2016. As per company, it has executed ~90 per cent projects before time.

The company has a strong order book of ~Rs 13,600 crore and in addition to these, company has recently won two HAM and EPC projects worth Rs 4180 crore and Rs 1083.6 crore, respectively.
