14.2 GW Operational Capacity: Adani Group's Green Energy Arm Commissions 50 MW Solar Project In Gujarat, Boosting Total Capacity To 14,340.9 MW

Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has announced the operationalisation of an incremental solar power project with a capacity of 50 MW in Khavda, Gujarat. This development follows previous intimations dated March 27, 2025, and March 29, 2025. With the commissioning of this new plant, AGEL's total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 14,340.9 MW. The decision to operationalise the plant from May 15, 2025, was taken at 5.47 a.m. on May 14, 2025, based on the relevant clearances. 

The share price of Adani Green Energy Ltd at 3:30 PM IST on May 14, 2025, is Rs 967, which is up by 0.93 per cent compared to the opening price of Rs 966. The intraday high has been Rs 975, and the low has been Rs 957.80.

Adani Green Energy reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 383 crore for the quarter ended March 2025, a rise of 24 per cent year-on-year from Rs 310 crore. The revenue for the same quarter increased by 21.6 per cent to Rs 3,073 crore from Rs 2,527 crore in the corresponding period last year. For the fiscal year 2025, the total revenue was Rs 11,212 crore and the net profit was Rs 1,444 crore.

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) is a significant player in India's renewable energy sector. The company develops, builds, owns, operates, and maintains utility-scale grid-connected solar power, wind power, and hybrid power projects.
