52-week high alert: Power Company Emerges as Successful Bidder for Major DGVCL Turnkey Project

The stock has delivered good returns over the past year, gaining 78 per cent.

Viviana Power Tech Limited has announced its confirmation as the L1 (lowest) bidder for a significant turnkey infrastructure project awarded by Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL). The project involves the conversion of the existing 11/22 KV high-tension (HT) line network into a modern Underground/Overhead Cable Network. It also includes Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) installation and Ring Main Unit (RMU) systems for the Ring Main System across Navsari City and Navsari Rural areas. 

The official Letter of Intent (LoI) for the award is awaited, and further details, as mandated under the SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, will be shared in a subsequent announcement. The project, once formalised, is expected to strengthen the company's execution portfolio in the power distribution segment, further reinforcing its reputation in Electrical EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services.

As of June 13, 2025, Viviana Power Tech Ltd’s stock was trading at Rs 1,361, with a 52-week high of Rs 1,370 and a 52-week low of Rs 598. The company commands a market capitalisation of Rs 854 crore, placing it within the Small-Cap category. The stock has delivered good returns over the past year, gaining 78 per cent. Over shorter timeframes, it gained 26.34 per cent in the past week, 59.947 per cent over the last month, and 107.35 per cent multibagger returns in the last three months.

The company specialises in power transmission and distribution, with turnkey solutions for EHV substations, transmission lines, and power network upgrades. It also undertakes underground cabling and works extensively with state utilities, private companies, and renewable energy developers.
