Top Corporate Actions to Watch from June 9 to 13: Dividends, Stock Splits, and Rights Issues

The Indian stock market is poised for another eventful week, with several listed companies set to undertake corporate actions such as final dividends, stock splits, and rights issues

The Indian stock market is poised for another eventful week, with several listed companies set to undertake corporate actions such as final dividends, stock splits, and rights issues. This comes on the heels of a significant monetary policy announcement by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), which cut the repo rate by 25 basis points, the cash reserve ratio (CRR) by 100 basis points, and revised its inflation estimate down by 30 basis points. As investors digest the implications of this monetary easing, attention now shifts toward stock-specific developments across Large-Cap, Mid-Cap, and Small-Cap companies.

On Monday, June 9, 2025, 7NR Retail Ltd will initiate a rights issue of equity shares at Rs 10 per share in a 1:1 ratio, offering one share for every share held. Also, Nelco Ltd has scheduled a dividend payout of Rs 1 per share.

Tuesday, June 10, will see prominent dividend announcements from Asian Paints Ltd (Rs 20.55 per share), Indian Bank (Rs 16.25), Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Ltd (Rs 15), Tata Investment Corporation Ltd (Rs 27), and Vesuvius India Ltd, which will also undergo a stock split, changing the face value from Rs 10 to Rs 1 in a 1:10 ratio.

On Wednesday, June 11, Murae Organisor Ltd will execute a stock split in the ratio of 1:2, reducing the face value from Rs 2 to Rs 1 per share. Tata Elxsi Ltd is scheduled to distribute a dividend of Rs 75 per share, drawing investor attention, particularly among mid-cap enthusiasts.

Thursday, June 12, will feature dividend declarations by Avantel Ltd (Rs 0.20), ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd (Rs 0.85), Tata Chemicals Ltd (Rs 11), Trent Ltd (Rs 5), and Swastik Safe Deposit & Investments Ltd (Rs 1).

Friday, June 13, will mark one of the busiest days of the week, with several large-cap and small-cap companies distributing final dividends. Notable names include ACC Ltd (Rs 7.5), Adani Enterprises Ltd (Rs 1.3), Adani Ports and SEZ Ltd (Rs 7), Ambuja Cements Ltd (Rs 2), and Piramal Enterprises Ltd (Rs 11). Other companies such as Alufluoride Ltd (Rs 3), Apcotex Industries Ltd (Rs 4.5), Canara Bank (Rs 4), Power Finance Corporation Ltd (Rs 2.05), and Sharda Motor Industries Ltd (Rs 32.5) will also pay out dividends. Several mid and small-cap companies such as Indegene Ltd, JM Financial Ltd, and SMC Global Securities Ltd will be in focus due to their dividend announcements.

These corporate actions play a critical role in investor strategy, particularly for those tracking income from dividends or participating in events such as rights issues or stock splits. Investors should mark record dates carefully to remain eligible for entitlements.
