Auto sector machine manufacturer bags Rs 16,22,57,900 orders from Bonfiglioli Transmission & CNH Industrial

The stock is up by 96 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 59 per share.

Kranti Industries Limited has secured a significant New Part Development Order from Bonfiglioli Transmissions (Pvt) Ltd, Chennai. This order involves the manufacturing and supply of Housings for Heavy Industrial Machines, a new addition to Kranti Industries' product portfolio. Upon successful development and customer approval, this product is projected to generate an annual business potential of approximately Rs 14.65 crore. Samples are to be submitted by July 2025.

In a separate development, Kranti Industries Limited also received a Business Nomination Letter and a Purchase Order for tooling costs from CNH Industrial (India) Private Limited. This order is for the development and supply of a Hub Extractor Fan, a new variant within their Agri Implements Business segment. This product aims to expand Kranti Industries' agricultural offerings. The total value of this order, which includes tooling costs, is approximately Rs 1,57,57,900. Both orders are from domestic entities, further strengthening Kranti Industries' position in the industrial and agri-equipment sectors.

On Thursday, shares of Kranti Industries Ltd gained 2.41 per cent to Rs 106 per share from its previous closing of Rs 103.50 per share. The stock is up by 96 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 59 per share.
