Rs 1,197.84 Crore Order Book: Solar stock jumps 9.11 per cent after securing Rs 24,28,07,779 order from Ram Taranga Solutions Pvt Ltd

The stock is up by 90 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 282.20 per share.

Ganesh Green Bharat Ltd has secured a work order/purchase order from Ram Taranga Solutions Private Limited. This domestic contract is for the supply of 16.30 MW Solar PV Modules, valued at Rs. 24,28,07,779 (inclusive of all duties and taxes). The modules are to be supplied to a location in Bangalore, Karnataka, with an execution deadline of July 18, 2025. The company confirmed that there is no promoter/promoter group/group company interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, thus conducted at "arm's length."

Earlier, the company received a work order from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Private Limited – Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This order, for the supply of Solar PV Panel Modules for a 378.75 MW project, has been increased to Rs 6,20,64,28,359, inclusive of all duties and taxes. This represents an increase from the previously announced Rs 5,79,03,26,942. With this revision, Ganesh Green Bharat Ltd.'s total order book for ongoing projects now stands at approximately Rs 1,197.84 crore.

As a channel partner with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Ganesh Green Bharat has successfully executed numerous solar projects across India, including a significant project involving 16,486 solar home lighting systems in Rajasthan. In addition to its solar energy ventures, the company has also ventured into the water supply sector, offering comprehensive solutions for rural communities, including the design, construction and commissioning of piped water supply systems.

On Monday, shares of Ganesh Green Bharat Ltd jumped 9.11 per cent to Rs 534.95 per share from its previous closing of Rs 490.25 per share. The company has a market cap of Rs 1,320 crore and including the above orders, its order book stands at Rs 1,197.84 crore. The shares of the company have an ROE of 23 per cent and an ROCE of 25 per cent. The stock is up by 90 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 282.20 per share.
