Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The top mid-cap gainers were Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd and Crisil Ltd.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Tuesday with the Sensex down 0.26 per cent at 81,583 and the Nifty-50 down 0.37 per cent at 24,853. About 1,497 shares have advanced, 2,482 shares have declined and 139 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.56 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.67 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd and Crisil Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Sterlite Technologies Ltd, Rane (Madras) Ltd and Kalyani Steels Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices traded mixed with the BSE Focused IT Index and BSE Information Technology Index were the Top Gainers while the BSE Healthcare Index and BSE Metals Index were the Top Losers.

As of June 17, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 448 lakh crore or USD 5.20 trillion. On the same day, 79 stocks hit a 52-week high while 48 stocks touched a 52-week low.
