​​​​​​​Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Friday with the Sensex up 1.29 per cent at 82,408 and the Nifty-50 up 1.29 per cent at 25,112. About 2,463 shares have advanced, 1,484 shares have declined and 147 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 1.20 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.55 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Premier Energies Ltd, Endurance Technologies Ltd and SJVN Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd, BEML Ltd and Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd.

On the sectoral front, all the indices were trading in the green with the BSE Telecommunication Index and BSE Realty Index, gaining over 2 per cent each.

As of June 20, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 448 lakh crore or USD 5.17 trillion. On the same day, 83 stocks hit a 52-week high while 84 stocks touched a 52-week low.
