Top gainers in the pre-opening session today

From Group A, Transport Corporation, Sunflag Iron & Steel and Repco Home Finance showcased an impressive rally in the pre-opening session today.

Transport Corporation of India, rallied by 5.05 per cent in today’s pre-opening session as the company announced a takeover by its promoter group Bhoruka Supply Chain Solutions Holdings Ltd for Rs 15.45 crore. At 9.07 am, the share price of the company was trading at Rs 608, an increase of Rs 29.25 from its previous day’s closing price of Rs 578.75 on BSE.   

Sunflag Iron & Steel Company, a manufacturer of mild-steel and alloy steel products of varieties like carbon steel, free & semi free-cutting steels, went up by 3.35 per cent during the same period. At 9.07 am, the share price of the company was trading at Rs 71.2, an increase of Rs 2.3 from its previous day’s closing price of Rs 68.90 on BSE.   

Repco Home Finance, engaged in the business of Housing finance, advanced 3.02 per cent on the bourses. At 9.07 am, the S&P BSE 500 stock was trading at Rs 199.6, an increase of Rs 5.85 from its previous day’s closing price of Rs 193.75 on BSE.
