Transformers Manufacturer Bags Order Worth Rs 52,00,00,000 from ACME Solar Holdings Ltd

The stock has given multibagger returns of 111 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 541.50 per share.

Danish Power Ltd has secured a significant order valued at approximately Rs 52 crore (inclusive of GST) from ACME Solar Holdings Limited for the supply of Inverter Duty Transformers. This domestic contract, focused on the design, manufacture and supply of these transformers, is expected to be executed within a timeframe of 6 to 12 months. Importantly, the company confirms that neither its promoter nor promoter group has any interest in ACME Solar Holdings Limited and this transaction does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring it was conducted at arm's length as per SEBI regulations.

Established in July 1985, Danish Power Limited is a leading manufacturer of a diverse range of transformers, catering primarily to the renewable energy sector, commercial power plants and utilities. The company's comprehensive product portfolio includes specialised Inverter Duty Transformers (up to 20 MVA 33 kV Class) for solar and wind power projects, Distribution Transformers (up to 5 MVA 33 kV Class) and Power Transformers (up to 63 MVA 132 kV Class). Beyond transformers, Danish Power Limited also offers an array of panel solutions, such as Control Relay Panels (up to 400 kV Class), Substation Automation (SCADA), Bus Bar Protection Panels, LT Panels and APFC Panels.
