These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 28.72 points or 0.04 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 80,056.76, signifying a gain of 255.32 points or 0.32 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.09 per cent, power dropped by 0.0 and auto slipped by 0.14 per cent.

Meanwhile, Patel Engineering Ltd, SBI Life Insurance Ltd, and RR Kabel Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Patel Engineering Ltd, an A Group company, surged 6.76 per cent to trade at Rs 47.35 per share. The Company Declared L1 Bidder for Rs 1,318.89 Crore Urban Infrastructure Project and Rs 718 Crore Hydropower Project.
SBI Life Insurance Ltd, an A Group company, advanced 6.62 per cent to Rs 1,715.30 per share. The company issued the performance of the Company for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2025
RR Kabel Ltd, an A Group company, rose 6.08 per cent to Rs 1,040.95 per share. On Friday, 2 May 2025 Board of the company will consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31 March 2025, and is likely to announce a final dividend.
