Lawreshwar Polymers changes name to Lehar Footwears
Lawreshwar Polymers Ltd has announced on Sunday that the change of name of company from 'Lawreshwar Polymers Limited' to 'Lehar Footwears Limited' w.e.f 10th October 2019 has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Established in 1994, Lehar Footwears (formerly known as Lawreshwar Polymers) is renowned for manufacturing and supplying an impeccable range of men and women footwear, under its popular brands such as Lehar. The company has its headquarters in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Lehar Footwears had reported positive financial performance in April-June quarter of FY20. The company’s revenue has increased to Rs. 23.83 crore in Q1FY20 as compared to Rs. 19.18 crore in Q4FY19 and compared to Rs. 21.04 crore in Q1FY19. Net profit also jumped to Rs. 0.61 crore in Q1FY20 against profit of Rs. 0.12 crore in Q4FY19 and against Rs. 0.52 crore in Q1FY19.
On Monday, the shares of Lawreshwar Polymers Ltd. closed at Rs.21.20, down by 0.45 points or 2.08 per cent in BSE. It had opened at Rs. 21.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.65. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 22.50 and intraday low of 21.00. Its 52-week high in BSE stands at Rs. 38.00 and 52-week low is Rs. 15.50.
